Would you believe that the Daily Times is now applauding the decision to put the matter on hold? It seems like just yesterday that the editors were berating Salisbury and Wicomico County for not cooperating to get site issue resolved.

At lest good sence won out for once.
They dont know if they are powder burnt, snake bite or butt poked do they.
I think interpretation by readers is the problem. more so than a chabge of mind.
did they change their tune or are they revising history and basically committing a fraud by trying to appear to have been against it, before they were for it?
