Men arrested in Malawi one day after celebrating their engagement
BLANTYRE, Malawi - A judge convicted a gay couple in Malawi Tuesday of unnatural acts and gross indecency after a trial that drew worldwide condemnation of this southern African country's colonial-era laws on homosexuality.
Steven Monjeza, 26, and Tiwonge Chimbalanga, 20, had been jailed since their arrest Dec. 27, the day after they celebrated their engagement with a party that drew crowds of curious, jeering onlookers.
Blantyre Chief Resident Magistrate Nyakwawa Usiwa said the sentencing will take place on Thursday. The couple could be imprisoned for up to 14 years.

Instead of jail time maybe they should try to cure them there are programs touting great success in treating homosexuality.

It's in the law books in most states and is illegal. Back when laws were moral and people were moral. Then Democrats an gays took over.
So the punishment for gay sex is to jail them and send them to a place where they are guaranteed gay sex? Hmmmm.

Behavioral problems. Simple as that. It has nothing to do with identity. It is behavior. Some people don't know how to act normally and resort to perverted behavior to fulfill some sick desire.
On the other hand, governments have no business involved in our lives like this. It is criminal to put people in prison when they have harmed no one and no property has been damaged.
An example of statutory law. Statutes used to be issued by Kings. Now they are issued by ruthless coniving governments - usually for profit.
The world needs common law.
Common sense. Was anyone hurt? Was any property damaged?

Simply put, the political machine adopts these issues to get them on their side. We or most moral people do not complain nor speak up that do have morality are being out spoken by the Democratic liberal machine. They the liberal Democratic machine use, Gays, Abortion, Equal Rights, Racial Issues and Illegal Immigrant issues to their agenda to be in place in office and eventually destroy the US.
The politicians dont really care what happens in the end they will move to a country, island that is far away from the US and laugh at us. They will have health care free for life and some security for rest of their life.
We the moral common sense God believing people need to make waves and let our voices be heard. Gays are maybe 10% population if that but act like 90%, Illegal Immigrants are maybe 10% and act like 100% why do we let this happen? Probably cause we are teaching our colleges with mainly liberal democratic professors who have never ever fought in a war or worked in military.
Go figure, lawyers and politicians are slugs and DO NOT have our best interest in mind.
