BRIEF RESUME:
On 04/21/2010 at approximately 1513 hours troopers from the Salisbury Barrack stopped a 2010 Gold Ford Fusion bearing North Carolina registration YST3313 for a traffic violation. The traffic stop occurred in the area of US Rt. 13 S/B south of Rt. 12 in Wicomico County MD. During the traffic stop troopers detected the odor of marijuana and conducted a probable cause search on the vehicle.
The search revealed 32 pounds of marijuana which was concealed in a US Post Office priority cardboard box and two black plastic bags which were inside the trunk of the vehicle.
Both the driver and passenger were arrested.

There will be a lot of people who do not get high now. They will not eat excessive amounts of doritos or oreos, they will not fall asleep watching television, and they will not lounge around and do nothing all day long.

Question, when they bust someone like this they usually take the car. If its a rental car do they take that and the rental company is shot out of luck?
