He hasn't said anything about the WWTP or lawsuit for months now -- what's the latest, Jim-beau ????

I think the mayor does a great job of putting a positive face on Salisbury. Shouldn't he be our number one cheerleader?

I love how he talks about the budget. All city employees have to work off furlough days, and increase in insurance. Oh, I'm sorry, not all employees 7 employees that work for City Hall were reclasified and are getting up to a $9000 dollar a year pay raise. Thats nine thousand. Looks like this mayor is no different than the corruption he put out. Thankyou Mayor for screwing your employees.

How come no bucks for Village of Hope?

Lore Chambers got Village of Hopes money.

Given what he inherited, I give the teacher a B-minus overall. He got serious crap (WWTP, Webster and more) to deal with.

I give him a D on his staff. He needs to clean house. All we hear about are the same old Barrie projects. Joe's latest scoop about the city attorney not disclosing his conflict of interest proves Ireton needs to grow a pair and start sweeping.

You promised lowered crime rate, yet the shootings, robberies, and homicides continue. Way to back the police by cutting MUCH needed police cars out of the budget...OH YEAH AND furloughing the cops. Now instead of more police on the streets there will be less. The almighty dollar and decieptful politician tongue speaks again. Start standing by your word. SPD already get paid less than everyone else..now they are getting equipment, manpower and pay cuts... nice

Why don't all you critics go through the budget and see how you are going to pay all these people and hire others without raising taxes? Revenues are down HUGE throughout the city and county, so where's the money going to come from? If they raised your taxes, you'd go nuts.
