SALISBURY SEWAGE PLANT LAWSUIT TO BE TRIED RIGHT HERE!

The Federal court in Baltimore has said thanks, but no thanks, to the engineer firm Obrien & Gere that the City of Salisbury has sued for its alleged bad design, etc. of the facility that still (?) does not work properly. This is a victory of sorts for the home team, as it will mean a local jury trial, which the City has demanded, and somewhat lower legal fees and costs of litigation.

And now the brawl can proceed before our very eyes!

Not sure that a local jury will be better than one that doesn't know anything about Salisbarrie, the All America City (not).

Get a smart engineer and he will fix her. If your physics are flawed your screwed, have to invent a solution. That aint cheap.

how much will Paul make on this case?

They have a number of smart engineers on it . . .(including a PhD)and it doesn't have much to do with physics, its biology. They can't produce an environment where bacteria can denitrify nitrates to nitrogen gas. Salisbury will likely win this fight, but it won't be near enough to fix the plant.
