Good! It's about time someone ran against him. It's time for Ruark to move on.

Sam is the most honorable man you could ever meet. He is exactly who we want in this job. Sam, I sure hope this is true.

Don't know who he is yet but someone needs to get that clown Ruark out of there!!! He already has my vote.

Sam has been the Deputy State's Attorney for a long time. He has been an excellent prosecutor in Wicomico County for over 24 years! He is definitely the right man for the job. It is time for a change...

1:22 who the hell is "Chipper"?

And will Sam bring his personal assistant back? Better hope that issue doesn't get out or he might not be as honorable as people claim him to be.

Do your own homework.

We all know who Davis is but can someone give a bio on Sam? Don't know the guy.

You go Sam!

1:53-- You obviously DO NOT KNOW Sam Vincent. Quit starting rumors. Shame on you.

They don't get any more honorable than Sam Vincent. For the comment at 1:53 about the personal assistant, shame on you ! Sam is perfect for the job and perfect to represent the interests of the people of Wicomico County.

Sam would do, and has done, wonders for this County. He has put some real scum such as Duran Moss behind bars and is hands down the most devoted attorney in that office. I'm so happy that he has made the decision to run and to finally give Wicomico County a choice!

Not to sure.
I can't waite to find out more about this Guy.
Questions to be asked:
Why? After 24 years? And as others have stated, he was his right hand man.
Was there a whisper in his ear?:

Dave "I think I've been here long enouph. Ready to take over?"

Sam "Ya, But we gotta make it look good."

If Sam thinks Dave is not a good States Atourney, Why didn't he try sooner or leave the office.

I don't work under people I don't agree with. IE: Warden Koupeck at ECI, Nor 3d at WCDC. I leave.

I smell Fish here and I've smelled a lot of fish.

Time to waite and see.
I don't know Sam, and have no love for Ruark. The man gave an inmate 10 month for splitting my head open when I was a corrections officer at WCDC. Plea bargan.

Small head, small crime.

Sam Vincent is the hardest working attorney in the State's Attorney's office! He is always prepared for trial and fights hard for justice to protect the citizens of Wicomico County! He's been the quiet worker behind the scenes, while Davis is in front of the cameras! I've never heard a bad word about him, and I don't thing I would believe it if I did. Sam, we're all behind you! You've got our support and votes!

5:34 boy, you sound pretty damn stupid.

I have to agree....shame on you for starting a such a terrible rumor or encouraging someone else that may have....Anyone who knows Sam Vincent knows that he is a kind and honorable man. He is a dear friend of mine and of my family. How dare anyone question his character in this manner.

Sam is the man! Unfortunately, Davis use to be the man but has lost credibility in the last 3 years. Maybe he should try private practice. Afterall, he is trained for criminal court and he could be very successful. It would pay more if he worked hard.

sounds like u needed it

The big questions I have are. Will Davis fire Sam, his one time best bud, will other attorneys be fired who are loyal to Sam, if Sam wins will the Davis loyals be fired. Also you folks be careful who you throw stones at, Sam is a clean respectable man. Davis is not this is public information. Most of the public have not been told about his affair with another one of his assistant states attorneys. It is a shame, this office was one of the best 10 years ago.

Where do we sign up to help Sam? Ready to donate NOW and volunteer to help.

To the person who eluded that Sam may have a skeleton in his closet....no one on earth has lead a perfect life. With that said, Sam is head and shoulders above that pathetic, Mike Lewis coat-tail clutcher Ruark.

I've seen him in action at social events and he is a drunken embarrassment to the county, his position and to himself.

THANK GOD THAT SAM HAS THE COURAGE TO DO THIS!!

5:34 having your head "split open" explains your post perfectly.

It would sure be a shame if Sam was punished, put down or fired by Ruark for running against him (it's happened in other agencies.) Sam is a true example of a good states attorney. Maybe if elected he will continue to be and not turn into a politician like Davis did. Remember politics are dirty.

Sam will be great for that office. The sad part is as a republican I can not vote for him in the primary. Davis has ran his course. The great attention to child abuse by Davis may be who he has assigned there to prosecute cases versus the actual crime in its self. Those close to the situation know the truth. I think she is running the office at this point anyway.

So people do your home work Sam Vincent will be awesome for the State's Attorney's Office.

Davis will not hurt for work he can work for some of his buddies here in town. Some that he should have prosecuted.

Sam Vincent has my vote. TIME FOR A CHANGE....I never have liked the plea bargains they have been allowed from that office. Time to crack down and get it done. Best of luck Sam Vincent.
