Hi Joe...here are a couple of pics I took while driving thru Parksley around 10:45 this morning..appears to be an accident involving a car and tractor-trailer..you can't tell from the photo, but it was a Perdue trailer...not sure about injuries..the truck was across all 4 lanes of Route 13..with the shoulders of both N & S bound lanes the only way to get thru.
