Froggy 99.9’s Mike, April & Randy are collecting donations for Operation We Care to send care packages to Delmarva Troops.

(Salisbury, Md.) – Join Mike, April & Randy from Froggy 99.9 at the Golden Corral in Salisbury on Wednesday, November 4th from 6AM -10AM as they collect donations for Operation We Care.

Froggy 99.9 is seeking donations of supplies, financial donations for postage, and names and addresses of troops to send the packages to as we broadcast the show live. Operation We Care is a project that sends packages to Delmarva troops deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Eastern Shore Chapter Harley Owners Group along with Harley-Davidson of Ocean City began Operation We Care in the fall of 2007 and has sent over 500 packages to the troops.

The Mike, April & Randy Show has been a top rated morning show on Delmarva since it’s beginnings in 2007. They will invite listeners to open their hearts and thoughts to reach out to military families and American soldiers overseas this Holiday season through the Operation We Care organization. Several current soldiers and veterans will be guests of the show to share their experiences of receiving care packages from Delmarva.

Operation We Care is holding their packing day on Sunday, November 8th at the Powellville Fire Hall and requests that all donations collected by the close of business Friday the 6th. Packing day will begin at eight o’clock that morning for set up and continue until all the boxes are packed.
