Its a real shame this is happening...the people who own that now put so much work into cleaning that place up from the dump it was I feel terrible for them that this has happened...
That place brings back a lot of memories. In the late 70's and early 80's they had a restaurant and a bar that was definitely a hopping place. I ate lunch at the restaurant daily during the week. Nancy Newsome was the best waitress. On weekends Jerry Nicholas was the DJ and I am proud to say that the Twin Towers was my stomping ground back in the day. Yes it went downhill quick, but then again that is typical with life on the Eastern Shore. To the previous owners and employees of Twin Towers thanks for the memories.
My parents owned this hotel in the late 70s and early 80s. We were talking about it tonight and I searched it and found this post. It made them so happy to read your message.

one unit toasted with heavy smoke damage to each adjacent unit along with the breeze way and brick facia 30 ft each direction
it is still a haven for drug dealers and prostitutes
