On August 29, 2009 at approximately 11:15 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the nine hundred (900) block of South Division St. for a noise complaint. Upon arrival the officers located the source of the noise complaint and attempted to quiet the residence. While in contact with the subjects in the residence, the below listed suspect failed to comply with the officers on a number of requests and became disorderly.

ARRESTED: Chad Steven Baker Wolfe, 23 years of age Rocky Ridge, Maryland

CHARGES:

Failure to obey a lawful order
Disorderly conduct
Second degree assault

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900030510

On August 31, 2009 at approximately 10:56 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police were on routine patrol in the area of East William Street and observed a small crowd of subjects, including the below listed suspect, standing in the roadway. The officer made contact with the suspect and found that the suspect had a number of small baggies of suspected “crack”/cocaine in his hand. The suspect attempted to hide the baggies in a pocket however the baggies were recovered by the officer.

ARRESTED: Andrew Willson Parker, 33 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:

Possession of cocaine
Possession of CDS/paraphernalia

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900030747
