A visiting District Court judge has just issued for Donna Ennis a six month Peace Order against local blogger Jonathan Taylor. Taylor is scheduled to appear in court in early October to answer charges of harrassment and stalking against Ennis.

What is a Peace Order?
The Peace Order is a form of legal protection for anyone who is experiencing problems with an individual, including someone in a dating relationship, a neighbor, a stranger, or anyone else. The Peace Order enables an individual (petitioner) who wishes to be left alone to ask the Court for an order for the other person (respondent) to stay away and refrain from any contact. A violation of the order will result in arrest.

The tell tale sign will be if he continues to bad mouth Ennis and Albero. Someone will have to prop him up with lawyer fees and I don't see Barrie and team doing it for long. Hot potato!

Mrs. Ennis, I don't know you, but whoever you are, good for you! I thought what JT did with pictures of Joe's grandson were awful. He also did some nasty post on Terry Cohen and her children. He is just awful in my book!
I went to school with her sons, JT should be thanking God they are letting the law handle this.
No doubt 6:34, The entire family is A #1 and stand together. A finer group you will never encounter. I would think it would have taken some fancy talking on Donnas part to keep the "boys" from giving this idiot what-for. He certainly deserved it.
