Delaware State Police have arrested Christopher L. Reeves-20 of W. Mayhew Drive Lincoln, Delaware. He is sought for questioning related to the Homicide investigation of the Georgetown Delaware Police offer Patrolman Chad Spicer who was fatally wounded Tuesday September 1st 2009.
Reeves turned himself into Probation and Parole Agents at the Georgetown Office at 11:15 this morning. Reeves was with his mother and a pastor when he arrived at the Probation and Parole Office. He surrendered without incident.
He was charged with the following offenses, included in the bail amount with each charge:
Disregarding a Police Officer’s Signal, bail amount $50,000 cash
Resisting Arrest, bail amount $25,000 cash
2 Counts of Violation of Probation, bail amount $18,000 cash
Reeves was remanded to the Department of Correction.

what about fleeing and eluding? The DSP should also check his phone records, I find it hard to believe his a** stayed in a wooded area without contacting someone or someone trying to contact him....

Its never ok to shot or shot at police, and anyone who does should be punished to the fullest. But what about the police in salisbury who have wrongfully killed themselves? Where were these blogs when Victor Jackson was shot over 21 times? Where were our community leaders when 2 spd officers shot and killed a man with a knife this summer. What happend to stun guns, mase, ext. There has been a problem with police brutality in the black communities of this city for a long time and nothing is ever done. When you have a..hole police talking about "hunting season" is a problem. Maybe if this city starts putting police in jail for shooting unarmed black men, planting drugs on them, and braking just as ,amy laws then maybe people will stop shooting at them. Reeves should go to jail for his part in this crime, but he did not shoot that cop. If he did not run he would probably already be dead. R.I.P. to the fallen officer, but the thousands of crooked caps in this country make it hard on the ones trying to make it safe. Just like the gangs and drug dealers make it bad for the tax paying citizens forced to live in bad communities, but we all get harrassed the same. When your a black male in this town 75% of the time your a suspect. We should be blogging about the police interigation dvd floating around town with a informant giving up the names of several high level drug dealers. Oh yes it is true I have seen it with my own eyes! This man gives up these names and del. state police and wicomico county narcotics officers some how allow this to be own our streets. Isnt it against the law for officers to give up the identity ofa ci? What happens when this man ends up dead? Will the police start a trust fund for his kids like they do for police? All 4 officers on this dvd should go to federal prision. And if they deny putting it out, then how did this police survalence tape get out the police station. How do you expect people to come foward when they put your name and face out for relaliation. Even Mike Lewis has shot unarmed black men in this city as a state police and you make him sheriff!!!!! Im a 34 yr old black who has never been to jail and pay taxes and even I have been searched and harrassed, shirt taken off to look for tats numerious times because the say I fit a description. I pray things get better, but first they will only get worst. I think its a long shot for this blog to get published. If it does I hope it opens alot of eyes and ears to the core of the problem, but if it dosent joe I told you so and I will only keep speaking until some you listens. MAY GOD HELP US ALL.
