Colonel Coupe to Promote Lt Colonel and 2 Majors

Date of Occurrence: MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2009 AT 0900 HOURS.
Colonel Robert M. Coupe will promote a Deputy Superintendant and two majors to his Executive Staff. Colonel Coupe will also promote four lieutenants to the rank of captain, three sergeants to the rank of lieutenant and 7 troopers to the rank of sergeants.
Governor Jack Markell, State Prosecutor Richard Andrews and the Honorable Secretary of Safety and Homeland Security Lewis D. Schiliro will deliver remarks at the ceremony.
