"a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office investigated a Hit and Run accident that occurred in the parking lot of the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center." Now THATS funny.

How long ago was it that the State Police advised a young lady that they don't investigate accidents that occur in parking lots? That was a hit and run as well. Police work is about customer service folks and this speaks volumes.
