I'm beginning to think that Ireton is better suited as an events' planner or hostess. I'm still waiting to read something of substance he has done.

Why is this blog entry the first time I'm hearing about this???

I hope valuable police time isn't used to hand out freebies when people are being jumped, robbed, and killed in this city. How about we stop with the feel-good crap and photo-ops, and start pissing people off. Especially the thugs who are holding this town hostage.

what is he going to tell them? one more person dead. joe i think you need to have a talk with mr. I

It isnt Joes fault if it werent for him the B!tch would still be in office. The citizens are the ones that re-elected the counsel. Jim has no balls thats apparent, chief couldnt care less and the majority of the counsel are fools. Welcome to the cross roads of Delmarva.

I agree with all these posts so far. This is just a feel good photo op and we don't need this crap right now - we need ACTION. People are dying for God sake - get with it and have Mr. Police Chief get out on the street himself, in uniform, and work for a change. Get a county police force formed and forget about whose area it is so it can't be covered by our department - that's BS - form one department and get a job done. You have seen on other posts what people are resorting to - carrying guns. May be good or may be bad, but people are going to protect themselves and their families.
