Looks much better than the Royal Farms where all the druggies hang out.

What is wrong wih it. It's just going back to nature the way it was before someone covered it with cement.

Actually at one time it was either the county or Pr Anne dump ago, probably at least 60 years

Princess Anne City Police used to have a code enforcement officer. At least a few years ago they did. Maybe that went with the budget cuts. lol

This is not the only place that looks like that the old store in Chance looks awful. junk everywhere but no one cares They use it to work on old junk cars and motors. there is old cars old boats grass grown up with old junk trucks in the field. You can complain about the junk in the yards and nothing is done but your taxes goes up and who would buy your house if it went up for sale. But dont pay your taxs and see what is done. When you get pass a certain part of Deal Island road nothing gets done. The drugs are rapid.

Thats nothing-ride down Stewart Neck Rd past Greenwood Elementary-theres a huge drainage ditch that ALWAYS has trash and debris in it,piled high. Then cruise down Hampden Ave and check out the trailer park where all the mobile homes have boarded up windows. There is no oversight.

The Brown Derby on Deal Island Rd and the section of Stewart Neck Rd. mentioned are not in the Princess Anne town limits. Princess Anne, like Salisbury, only allows properties with a tax base to be annexed into town, so there are a lot of properties that are out of the town limits, but surrounded by properties in. As to the trash in the ditches, most of it comes from the residents of the subsidized apartments there, and honestly, in most cases, the inside of the apartments looks about the same.
