Because John Robinson has gained so much attention lately through the Daily Times and Salisbury News, the Landlord of the Court Plaza has called for a meeting TODAY with the Landlord, John Robinson and Sperry Van Ness.The Landlord was under the impression Mr. Robinson had the proper safety credentials, (insurance) to cover a Skate Park but it has been reported no evidence of such has been provided and she is very concerned and upset. Additionally, the Landlord wants to see the permits for the improvements and has a great concern on their liability should a kid go out into the parking lot and crack their head open, are they liable.
The talk in the Court Plaza is that this thing just may get shut down before they even swing their doors. However, being the smooth talker Robinson is, I'm sure he'll get past all of this and say whatever it takes to get it open, including having to perhaps insure the entire shopping center.
While hundreds of kids have been holding fundraisers to create their own Skate Park in Wicomico County, leave it to Roibinson to take advantage of all their hard work and efforts to slip in under the radar and try and take a piece of the action. It's all about the BUCK, eh John!
Good luck in your meeting today. From what I hear, you better have proof of insurance or this place is getting shut down.

Robinson thinks He is Crown Family Entertainment Center THey let him hang around a few weeks and suddenly,he thinks he can open one. Liability alone would kill him.
When JR claims he was in school I think he must have been In jail Because he acts like a Criminal?
I told my X Wife not to let are boy skate there,there's something not just wright going on down there. this kook has a criminal record a mile long.Look at Maryland Judicial case search, and you will see what I mean.
Robinson prays on little children like Jonathan. Why else would a grown man be walking around in skater clothes and opening up a business with young children. I for one will not allow my children anywhere near this man.
Iv'e seen skate board shops come and go. sounds like this one is already gone.
When I was growing up we had a half pipe in my best friends back yard.I think this guy has to do better than that to be called a skate park. lack of money seems to be the problem and lack of BRAINS.

I don't understand how this man is able to get away with all his illegal actions. He must have "deep" pockets...Ill gotten money or maybe Mommy keeps bailing him out. The man belongs in jail.
My daughter was thinking about taking her two sons to the skate park and then she read the stuff on this site and told me it would be a cold day in hell that would happen she said that the owner had some bad problems that she did not want her kids to be around. just What in the hell is going on Jo9hn Robinson better get a grip!!!

JR told me he was insured by Lloyds of London, as if that means anything. Wonder why he didn't go to his buddy Barrie Tilghman's husband for insurance.
