2. Shawn James Lewis, 18, Berlin, MD
Narrative: On 16 May 2009 at 11:11 AM, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported residential burglary in the 36200 block of Mount Pleasant Road in Willards, MD. Upon meeting with the victim it was learned that cash and personal electronics were taken. During the investigation, the deputy discovered a witness who was able to provide suspect info and a description of the vehicle they used. With the assistance of the Worcester Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle used along with one of the suspects, Michael J. Ruarke, were located at a residence in Berlin.
The investigating deputy responded to Berlin, identified Ruarke and also seized property in his possession that had been stolen from the victim. Investigation identified Shawn Lewis as the second individual involved in this crime; however Lewis could not be located.
Ruarke was arrested and transported to the Central Booking Unit at the Wicomico County Detention Center where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Ruarke was detained by the Commissioner in lieu of $100,000.00 bond.
A warrant for the arrest of Shawn Lewis has been obtained, charging him with 1st Degree Burglary. Lewis is a white male, 18 YOA, 5’7”, 135lbs. Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact the WCSO at 410-548-4890 or Crime Solvers at 510-548-1776.

I believe the Lewis subject also has several warrants out of Worcester County. Just look at Maryland case search.
