Small wooden sticks? Two 215 pound assailants? Did they just come from an all night crack smoking/martial arts movie marathon?
Funny. But they'll choose bigger or better weapons next time.

Ireton is a god for ridding of the crime!

Donta Mills is a lowlife crackhead with a string of violent felony crimes behind him. He's a murder waiting to happen. One day he'll be buzzed and anxious on a dying crack high, out of cash and carrying and somebody will look at him the wrong way.

I don't like your sarcasm, but in any case I believe in Jim Ireton, he didn't bring the crime it already existed, give him some time, this city was already screwed up before he got elected, I mean come on give him a break.

I cannot believe these idiots who are chastising Ireton and Obama already. For God's sake lets pull together a bit here. They both have inherited a mess so lets give them a chance. If after a period of a couple years, nothing has improved, I will jump on the band wagon hollering for yet another change along with them but until then be reasonable.
Crime in Salisbury seems to be running rampant and until the taxpayers are willing to increase the complement of Police Officers it is not going to get much better. And yes, maybe it is time to change leadership in that department. jackkcharl@aol.com

One place you're sure not to get robbed is at Johnny's Sub & Sundae Shop.

Ireton has a huge hill to climb in order to get the crime rate down. He's got three councilfool against him. Anything he might want to do will be a battle at every step. It's a huge shame that these fools can't think of the betterment of their communities. Everything has to have an agenda. Crime will continue as long as Webster is at SPD. I believe in our officiers and I support them every step of the way. It's Webster who I blame. The slumlords also need to start looking at who they are renting to. As long as you continue to avoid seeing whats right in front of your eyes you'll only continue to help create the mess.

Ireton, two of those fools won't be there after the next election. Be patient. We're behind you!
