This is a trash can along the River Walk near the Ramada. My guess is this is one of two things. Either they're hiring all Mexicans to remodel the Ramada or the local drunks are very good at cleaning up their mess and throwing their trash into this small dumpster. Either way, I'd bet you could catch these open container drinkers, oh, let's take a wild guess and say between 3:00 to 5:00 on Friday evenings? Look out Mayor, there's a weekly Party going on in Salisbury you haven't been invited to. Do you speak Spanish?

There are VOLUMES that Chief Webster doesn't know about...or chooses not to see.
He's not his Officers, though. Don't throw out the baby with the bathwater....these people work hard for less pay than most other municipal police officers in the area. If they're not being paid, at least lets give them some respect.
These empty bottles are not from Hispanic settlers, they are what are commonly referred to as "40's" and the brand is Country Club Malt liquor official refreshment of the hood/ghetto and the upcoming inauguration. Please do not mistake them for open containers, it is tradition to serve “40’s” in a brown paper bag which can also be used for toilet paper or starting a warm inviting trash can fire after consumption. Its common practice to pour out a "sip" for lost homies as a sigh of respect. Other favorites of these indigenous people of the streets are Old English and St. Ives. If you are concerned about Hispanic infestations look out for Coronas, Sol and bags of tortillas with salsa and lime flavor. Empty bags of pork rinds or churrios can be an indication of either of these species
We do not want to throw out the baby, we just want the chief gone. Time to combine agencies, get them to work together and reduce crime as a team. Not as two seperate agencies that do not work together. This area is too small not to work together. TEAM = Together Everyone Accomplishes More

anon 8.39 hats off to a great statement of facts! country club =obama generation. the top refreshment when you spending someone elses taxed wealth to purchase it.kinda shocked about the name thoughh should be city club becausei do not see many of these consumed bottles in the country.
