Continuing Saga of Barrie's Abuse/Misuse of Office

We received phone calls this morning about the Dept of Public Works being over in Barrie's neighborhood cleaning up the leaves that were swept into the street by the residents. We were told that Barrie told the neighbors to just sweep them into the gutter and she'll have DPW send a crew to clean it up. Well low and behold, Public Works came to the rescue of Barrie and her neighbors. How fortunate for the neighbors of Barrie Tilghman to have additional services not afforded other taxpayers in the city. Way to use your resources Barrie. NOT!!! Business as usual on the city side of the GOB

From what we're told, it is unlawful to rake your leaves then sweep them to the street. In city limits the leaves must be bagged and the city trash service will pick them up. Isn't there is a fine involved for sweeping large piles of leaves into the street. Didn't Gary Comegys recently say people should clean up after themselves and not expect the city to do it for you? Maybe he meant everywhere BUT his neighborhood?

Maybe she doesn't like you?

Maybe it's just assumed.

Is there any eye-witness to this?

Not to take up for anyone, but ride down South Park Dr. during the fall and look at all of the households that do exactly the same thing.

Maybe this isn't true!!!

maybe there's pictures of who sweept them in the street? And maybe that will give light as to who will be charged for theft of city sevices? Maybe someone would sqeell to make a deal, rather than be charged as well?

Are the public works guys that were out there today cleaning it up witness enough for you? I saw them and wondered why they were cleaning up leaves.

Please provide a written statement to any of the following for possible use to obtain an indictment or to support an impeachment petition in Court - Jim Ireton or Joe Albero. Be sure to include only what you actually witnessed, and the full details: who, what, when, etc., and your name, address and telephone number.

We've NOTICED...now that the leaves are for the most part fallen, THE STREET SWEEPERS HAVEN"T BEEN BY. Where are they when you need them. They should sweep at least once a week at this time of year. We haven't seen them in 3&1/2+ weeks. Guess they're over keeping Isabella clean.
