PARKER POND DRAW-DOWN SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 9TH

Wicomico County Public Works has scheduled a draw-down on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at Parker Pond. The purpose of the procedure is to inspect the weir, the device at the water spill-over point. If the inspection indicates that maintenance work is required, another draw-down may be scheduled for January. Fishing is prohibited in Parker Pond during the draw-down period.
