It seems like teens get away with ATTEMPTED MURDER, ASSAULT to all degrees, Grand theft, petty theft, and all kinds of theft around, here. What kind of lesson was shown to them? NON, other then they can try it again and see if they can get away with it or maybe BLAME it on somebody else, older then them! Joe PLEASE explain why its so easy for these juveniles to get away with these crimes?
