I don't pay DT for shizz-nit. 'Nuff said.
wall-mart and sams club kill again.
good night everybody, maybe tommorow will be the start of some better things for all of us.
Watch DT copy SBY.news.
I've noticed what appears to be a DT Reporter infiltrator that is posting an obnoxious comment almost always right after SBYnews reports substantial stock price decline of Gannett. It happens almost everytime.
the DT did not get the truth .same as the employees today. 9 days ago they were told everything was fine business as normal ha what a crock.
Well there goes one anchor at the new mall. Who is next?
The BIG question is will the SBY store close? Article said 3 MD stores to close.
WBOC reported the Salisbury and all three Delaware locations will remain open... yippy- not. That store is crap.

Marley Station (Glen Burnie), Owings Mills, and either White Marsh or Waldorf. All were stores closed by Federated(Macy's) to avoid duplication in the same malls after they bought out May Dept. Stores (Hecht's, Lord & Taylor, etc.).
If you think the Salisbury store is crappy- then you should see the three they opened in Baltimore. I feel bad for Boscov's because Macy's unloaded some craptastic real estate on them for cheap and set Boscov's up to fail in those markets. The question Boscov's should have asked themselves was Why should we invest 4 million dollars in renovating these stores that Macy's offered to us cheap in roach motels of malls that are doomed to be demolished anyhow.
If you think the sby store is crap NOW, wait until it's been empty for awhile. That's how the old mall began it's long and ugly deterioration. With the economy as shaky as it is, we'd better hope that all our stores stay in business. This city has enough problems to deal with.
