Quote Of The Day

"In defense of modern people and all their dieting, I believe they really can't eat like we did because they don't physically work as hard." "These days people are so paranoid of a little too much fat. They buy skim milk, margarine, and "fat free" everything. No wonder there's so many unhappy people. FAT IS FLAVOR!!" By: Burr Morse

My grandfater lived to be 97 years old ,ate sharp cheese by the pound , fried everything in lard , ate fatty bacon, real eggs , drank whole milk and enjoyed greasy chicken or beef and dumplings every Sunday.Oh and by the way, smoked and chewed tobacco and died of natural causes.I think it's the peservatives that harm us!!

Or, in other words, "If it tastes good, SPIT IT OUT!!!"

My Grandfather is 93, drinks whole milk, eats peanut butter, eggs, ham, bacon and sausage. Fries greens in bacon fat, and started smoking unfiltered ciggarettes when he was 7.
He works a 1/4 acre size garden, and chops his own wood for his heat.
He isn't in a great mood because he hurts all over, but the whole foods don't seem to have hurt him.

its all your genetic make up and matabalism that determines how bad certain things affect certain people.
