Safety Last

Although the angle of this shot is hard to see, those gas cans are right in the back of this truck and could very easily fall out. That being said, IF you have a pickup truck, would YOU go to a gas station, fill up your gas cans and then set them in the very back of the bed of the truck with the tail gate down and take off?

Jim Caldwell, what do you have to say for yourself? Looks like a Public Works tag to me.

When you're not paying for the gas, who cares if it falls out. Just soak the taxpayers for another can and go on about your business. That's the mentality, right?

The gas cans are obviously there to feed the weed wackers laying in the truck too. But your right Joe, putting the cans in an open truck is dangerous and Mr. Caldwell needs to have his people properly trained on safety issues!

I thought all items were to be secured on any moving vehicle per D.O.T. regulations. Where is the D.O.T. inspector when you need one?
