Question of the Day, Wed 7/30

Do you believe in ghosts?

Have you ever seen a ghost? Has any of your family members ever seen a ghost?

If you had a ghost in your home, what would you do? Move? Ghostbusters?

Without a doubt.

Yes a soon to be released book call (I think) has a story I told to the author about a house we lived in here in town. If you get a chance go see Ed Ockonowicz at the library speaking about folk lore etc the two are directly connected.

This town has a lot of history and ghosts. I've lived in several older homes here that are clearly haunted.

when i was four years old my two sisters and i slept in one big bedroom in berlin maryland. i was on the top bunk of a bunk bed, my younger baby sister on the bottom and my older sister was in a bed on the other wall. i woke up to my older sister saying "do you see him, do you see him". i looked at the little ladder that went to my top bunk and on the ladder sat a little boy. he was chubby and had knickers on and old time clothes. he had one of those little binny hats on his head,(like the little rascals used to wear). you could kinda see threww him, but at the same time you could see him very detailed. i yelled back to my older sister "i see him, i see him". then i did what any little american boy would do, "i yelled at the top of my lungs for my mom. my younger sister never woke up, she was a little baby, she didnt see it. to this day all i have to say to my older sister is binny cap and she automatically knows what im talkin about. i always thought maybe he died in the house or worse. ill never forget it.
