GANNETT'S DOWNWARD PLIGHT CONTINUES

Gannett Corporation, The Daily Times parent company, stock continues to erode today.

The stock has broken yet another 52 week low today.

Stock is now trading at $18.62 per share or more than $1.00 lower than previous record low.

the whole market is down. the dow lost .5% today. Newspapers are in trouble but everything is down (except maybe a few tech companies)

They hit rock bottom years ago when they started carrying the mares water for her. It's also election year, we are expected to know the sky is really falling.

thought you would be interested to know - my husband was talking with a man whom worked for the Dailt time for over 40 years. Apparently one day in May the man walked in and was let go. Also, he went on to say that the employee got an email in June that their pensions are frozen...hmmm. SOunds like a great place to work.
