A Cloud Over PAC-14? - Part II

On Sunday, we looked at the problems of excessive cost and the fact that what PAC-14 proposes is a de facto tax on all Comcast customers in Wicomico County. Today, we examine the veil of secrecy around the formulation of this proposal and why the Salisbury (and Wicomico) councils need to slow things down a bit until all questions are answered.

Tuesday, the Wicomico County Council has a work session scheduled to discuss this matter. No legislative action is scheduled for the PAC-14 proposal until a later date

This is shocking! How can this group just do whatever they want with public funding out of the public eye and without authorization from the "partners"?

This is very smelly, G.A. Thank you for digging into it.

Provada-14?

Public Access should be funded totally by Public funds. Comcast subscribers shouldn't foot the bill for something the Councils mandated from the beginning.

This is the plan to establish a cushy (and high-pay) position for Barrie Tilghman, as the "administrator" of Pravada Pac-14, after we throw her out as mayor next year.

SU being one of the partners there is a good chance Mikey Dunn has his hands in it.

Let me know when this happens so I can do away with comcast.

If this goes thru, Comcast is outta here. Not happy with their "no preview channels" and their repetitious channel selection. Take away the "repeaters" and what do you have? Not much for 65 bucks a month. In hard times, that's gonna be the first thing outta here.
(There are WAY too many BLANKS on the screen as it is.)

Barrie Tilghman and Louweasal involved with this PAC 14 partnership----Kiss of Death. They are TOXIC.
For that reason alone, I will not support giving my 85 cents. I'd rather go satellite.
