UPDATE On WCSO Lt. Robin Roberts

I have some corrections to make on yesterday's attempted murder on a Police Officer story from last night.

One, Robin hasn't been there 97 years. It's been 93 years, sorry.

Secondly, it turns out there were TWO young black men stealing, not just from Walmart, they stole hundreds of dollars worth of meat from the Food Lion in Delmar, Delaware as well.

Thirdly, one person challenged me with the empty shopping cart. The young men had the meat stuffed in their pants, just like the other Food Lion story/comment. One guy got in the car while the other rammed Lt. Roberts with the cart.

The guy in the vehicle was pulling out when Lt. Roberts confronted him and showed him his badge and identified himself. The driver yelled, F-You and as Lt. Roberts tried to stop him, he hit him with the car and then tried again. At that point the other man ran off and the driver left him behind.

The Salisbury Police Department did get both individuals and they have still yet to see a Commissioner. There will be an update once we learn what Bond was set on these two men, if any? It's one thing to try this on a civilian but it's another when a Police Officer shows his badge and they still try to kill them anyway.

More to come......

the eastern shore needs a hard labor work farm prison. the criminals have it to easy. if their convicted and sentenced to a hard work farm i bet that will change them. twelve hour days of manual labor. day after day after day. not lay around, eat, watch t.v. and play cards all day long.

Wicomico County has already tried the "Labor Work Farm" idea with the Boot/DRILL Camp. But it was found Wicomico doesn't want criminals disciplined with labor. They would rather have them lying around watching tv & eating and so the Boot/DRILL Camp was shut down. The only individuals punished in that situation was employees of the Wicomico Sheriff's Dept.

Why is Robin Picking his nose in that picture? And why is Robin chasing people around walmart parking lot trying to get their meat? ROFL! Just kidding! I spoke to Robin earlier. He is sore. He's lucky he isn't dead. The bad guys are lucky Robin didn't have his pistol with him. Witnesses saw the car accelerate toward Robin. He is very lucky. Robin! Brother - after 93 years of service I would think that you would carry your weapon everywhere.

Maybe the prisoners could "help" the city works crews with all they have to do. Give 'em community service, those who have work release, and let 'em work for us.
(don't pay 'em, either.)
