Has The Health Department Inspected These Outside Dining Locations?
I mean, let's get real here. If I am to open up outside dining I'm told I need to go through the Health Department, Fire Marshall, Planing & Zoning, I want to know, did these businesses go through the same BS? Is this even allowed? Are these businesses disinfecting properly? I want to know right here and now, what are THEIR protocols and what are MINE? Funny how cars are driving right past these tables too, very interesting! Yet my egress has to be 100 feet!?!?!?

I'm sure you have a good lawyer that will tell you this:
First and foremost, any rulings, laws, or restraints on your business cannot - CANNOT - be arbitrary under the law.
It's 'one size fits all', or nothing.
This will take care of any fines or penalties you may incur being thrown out of court.
As for a lawsuit, good freakin' luck. You'll be long gone from this earth before any COVID-related suits are settled in courts.
(Keep fighting, Joe! I wish you the best.)
JOE OPEN THE FK UP.
Stop asking for permission
I have never met a “good lawyer” Only a person with a law degree that was practicing law and had an opinion.
✔️✔️✔️
OPEN IT UP!!!
I’m so confused by this you can’t offer service but this is allowed? What am I missing?
Let's get a MASSIVE PROTEST going on front of RT 50💪💪💪💪💪
4:48 ALCOHOL. Makes people more stupid than they are. Which is hard to do nowadays.

It is called a bill of attainder.
It's not who you know it's who you %%%%
Joe just open your place up. Don't put anything on here about it, just do it, just like all other businesses over that way are doing.

In this situation the word "arbitrary" would mean , say, if you had an outdoor grill and were cited for it, then every other establishment with an outdoor grill that had the exact type of license/permit that you have, all would have to be cited.
You can't just pick one case. All or nothing.
Does anyone else wonder how the enormous fast food eaters wipe their butts? There is no way they can reach it!
The scary answer is, they don’t wipe it!
The operative word here is ,YOU, because YOU'VE been singled out. If I were YOU, a good lawyer would be in the opting, so THEY would know YOU were in town.
Yes.....at 60 foot road....that area always gets allot of attention
A manager at the Popeyes in Salisbury tested positive recently.
These pics are Wicomico and your in Worcester. Second of all you are worried about liquor license neither of them are.
Does the Wicomico County Health Department allow activities the Worcester one does not? I honestly don't know.
