Bad Accident On Rt. 50 In Pittsville

I was doing 70 today coming to work on 50 East to go into Berlin...
I was the slow poke as I passed 60 foot road redlight........
H20 participating in their weekend outings flew past me....
as fast as I was going....
these lawn mower cars musta been doing 100 miles per hour or more
with 4x4 diesel trucks following them

I stop at that light every morning and the number of clowns that run the red on 50 is astounding. Wednesday I saw some clown in a tan Ford f150 going through the intersection after the 60 ft road light was green. The light has stopped what the old problem of idiots crossing 50 3 at a time to now someone getting tboned by someone running the light.

PA, NJ, NY come down Rt 1 to Coastal Highway, or come down 113 and exit at Berlin.
They need to install red light cameras. Two accidents in the past two days. Very scary intersection even with the new lights.

@ 10:52 there are less accidents at this intersections than there used to be there was 3 or 4 a day before
Calm down. It means so much more traffic in summer with out of towners and vacations.
