Virginia Democrat Proposes Bill Allowing ‘Abortion’ as Woman Is ‘Dilating’
Virginia Democrat Delegate Kathy Tran proposed a measure last week that would not only allow abortion throughout all nine months of pregnancy in the state, but would also permit a woman to decide whether she wants to “abort” her baby as she is dilating and about to give birth.

Overturning Roe v Wade, if it happens, will not overturn the law banning late term abortions. The law banning late term abortions was passed in spite of Row v Wade. It is futile for NY and VA to try and pass murderous laws on the unborn.

Virginia ia about to pass a bill similar to New Yorks. It is House Bill 2491. It states "measures for life support for the product of such abortion shall be available and utilized if there is any clearly visible evidence of viability". Folks , I am a physician and we are truly sick.
Why is it that someone who kills a pregnant woman and the fetus dies they can be prosecuted for a doulble murder, but they can now kill a baby who would otherwise be able to live outside of the womb and it not be considered as murder. MAYBE THE COURTS REALLY NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS.
If an individual murders a pregnant woman no matter how far along she is pregnant the murderer is charged with 2 killings. How does killing a full term baby differ? Murder is murder.
