Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) blamed President Trump for the alleged hate crime attack targeting Empire actor Jussie Smollett during an interview with The Giro on Tuesday.
Smollett was, “brutally attacked by 2 men who beat him up, put his head in a noose,” according to TMZ.
The initial TMZ report also alleged that the suspects yelled, “this is MAGA country,” an accusation that Chicago Police have not been able to prove and some have speculated that validity of.
“I know Jussie. I love him. His family’s a friend of mine. I’m pleased that he’s doing okay. But we have to understand this is happening for a reason. Why all of a sudden do we have people unable to study while black, unable to mow a lawn while black, unable to have picnic while black, and being attacked?” Waters said.
“It’s coming from the president of the United States. He’s dog whistling every day. He’s separating and dividing, and he’s basically emboldening those folks who feel this way.”

Auntie "Maxi-pad" Waters has an ilness called TDS - Trump Derangement Syndrome. She got it in November 2016. What started as Hillary's Crocodile Tears turned into bursts of anger and it's getting worse.
I don't know where Maxine is coming from in the "bury" most yards are cut by black men of all ages, at least they are not home on their butts they are earning $ and providing a service, much appreciated. The only complaint I have had is this past season a middle aged black man used my husband's lawnmower he said to cut his grass, then we found out he was also using our lawnmower to cut many yards in the area, and receiving $ for it and never so much as putting gas in the lawn mower. So his gravy train ended with us.
