Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D.) commented Wednesday about a controversial 40-week abortion bill and in so doing said the law allows an abortion to take place after the infant's birth.
"If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother," Northam said, alluding to the physician and mother discussing whether the born infant should live or die.
A Democrat lawmaker in the Virginia House of Delegates proposed a bill Tuesday that would allow abortions through the end of the third trimester of pregnancy. The video of Delegate Kathy Tran presenting her bill led to an exchange where she admitted that her bill would allow for a mother to abort her child minutes before giving birth.
"How late in the third trimester could a physician perform an abortion if he indicated that it would impair the mental health of the woman?" Majority Leader Todd Gilbert (R.) asked.

Once the doctor and mother decide to kill the new born baby how do they kill it. Do they use the parts for profit. I just can't get this wrapped around my head. Isn't this called murder punishable by law. Are these doctors serial killers - no respect for a human life. Are our politicians and women who approve gone to far establishing women's rights. Same female representative who was a sponsor of this 'kill the baby up to and beyond the time of birth' bill introduced a bill that same day to save a species of caterpillar. Unbelievable. What has happened to the state of Virginia?
This is what indoctrination leads to. People never thought killing a fetus (baby) was wrong because we did not have the means to see a wee one inside their mum, moving, sucking it's thumb. Now you can see all and should know better. Eugenics!
Women's rights?? What rights? I am not stupid. I know about rape and incest. I know about all that but the women's rights laws are there so that men as well as women can do whatever they darn well feel like doing with no consequences. That's all legal abortion has done. I know all about exceptions to the rule. The laws for legal abortion has unmercifully killed millions of babies. That's far greater than the exception. Don't talk to me about women's rights or feminism. My first "right" as a woman -- our first right has human beings-- is responsibility. You play, you pay. Hedonism has become the attitude in society and our nation is paying for the spilled blood of innocent people.

I'm glad to be on this side of Va. All of Delmarva with the exception of Northampton and New Castle counties should seriously contemplate forming our own STATE !
