Smoking indoors was allowed up until mid 2000s lol.
It must be ok to smoke indoors. I went for the first time recently to the nail salon to the left when you exit Boscov's and the place smelled terrible from cigarettes being smoked in the back. Uggg - that is so wrong to do to customers.
