Laurel- Delaware State Police are canceling the Gold Alert for Charlena Victory who was reported missing on Thursday, May 3, 2018. Charlena has been located in good condition.
Laurel– The Delaware State Police is issuing a Gold Alert for Charlena Victory who was last seen on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at approximately 10:00 p.m.Charlena Victory is 5’01” tall, 100-110 lbs. with very short brown and gray hair. She was last seen wearing a red, white and blue shirt with ruffles, jeans, and glasses.
Troopers have been unable to make contact with Charlena to check on her welfare. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare.
