Frederick Co. high school student arrested on drug and gun charges

FREDERICK, Md. (ABC7) — Frederick Co. Police arrested an 18-year-old Tuscarora High School student on drug and gun charges Thursday.

On Thursday, March 9, officers found Arroyo in possession of 24 grams of marijuana, several Xanax bars, a .22 caliber revolver with the serial number destroyed, and ammunition.

Police say Marycruz Arroyo is in the country illegally.

LOL she can't be illegal we just haven't given her and her family the opportunity to be a legal citizens. Don't worry she'll be a productive person in the state of Maryland just let her go you'll see.

Altered firearm serial number is a federal offense, gets her 10 years automatically, oh wait, that's right, wishy washy prosecutors always plea bargain away gun crimes.
