Brain injury due to self induced asphyxiation.
Sad.
Yes this is sad. I looked him up on case search and his address listed is a homeless camp type place in FL. Not a tent city in the woods but a place on 20 acres with cottages on it.
Why do you look people up in case search? Harsh.
I think it's funny WBI issued a press release to the "public" seeking information on the case.. Um he was incarcerated. It's not like anyone in the "public" has any information about how or why this happened.
12:23 Don't be ridiculous. People look others up on case search for a number of reasons. Maybe someone recognizes the name and wants to verify the person through an address. Maybe someone wants to see what he was arrested for. Hardly harsh.
If one abides by laws and does the right things, then they will not be present on MD Case Search. If one does not abide by laws and fails to do the right things, then they will appear on MD Case Search. The decision is solely up to the person. It is known as accountability for one's own actions. There are many people in today's society who know no concept of that.
I know this kid personally. He was very unstable mentally and very violent. He is from NY. Struggling with mental illness and drug abuse he has perpetually gotten himself incarcerated. His childhood is a very surreal and sad tale. At some point we have to ask ourselves how much someone is responsible for their actions and how much we as a society are responsible for helping those who need help. Although Tommy appeared fully capable of making his own choices this outcome was obvious to everyone. I truly believe that he was the product of an uncaring system that benefits from a general stupidity, Tommy was collateral damage.
It is exactly tent city, there are no cottages.
I know him personally as well, in fact I'm the reason this reporter seems to think he is from Florida as he stalked me here for months. No one is surprised that Tommy ended up here, I have been saying since I met him dead or in jail was where he was headed. It is sad, because the state of new York screwed him over and over. He should have been receiving help for his outrageous mental health issues ten years ago.
However, Tommy was aware of what was right and wrong. He was very meticulous and generally a cruel person. I hold none of that against him, though, because it stems from his poor mental health. He knew the things he did were wrong, which is why he hid them. He did not, however, know or understand why he wanted to do them in the first place. The moment he would have realized that, he would have ceased to be crazy. He never did realize that he was crazy, or he wouldn't have been. Know what I mean?
