For those of you who may not recall who Scotty is, he was the gentleman who was Security for many years at the Government Office Building in Salisbury.

George and I worked with Scotty at Nanticoke Seafood for many years . He was noted for his laugh and since of humor. He was my neighbor and friend , We will miss him . His family is very special to my wife and I . Wayne

Scotty was a very nice man, always willing to help out and always smiling. I loved talking to him during my tenure with the City. He will be missed.
