Tractor Stolen From Delaware Farm
If anyone sees this tractor please contact the Delaware state police or contact us as it was stolen from our farm last night. Your help is greatly appreciated. Please share this post with your friends.
Tractor thefts are more common than most people think. No anti-theft devices and most share a common ignition key. No doors to unlock and easy to hot wire if all else fails. Put it in a box truck, drive 400 miles and sell it at an auction. Nobody ever checks the VIN because they don't have them, just a serial number plate hidden somewhere and covered up with grease and dirt. Easy money.
Stealing a farmer's tractor is unconscionable. It's difficult enough for a small farm to hold its own without the loss of the very equipment that is necessary for the farm to stay out of the red.

Maybe it was borrowed by another farmer? Who would want a tractor, but a farmer? Usually they are a close knit community.

Tractors don't have titles like cars do. You can buy and sell stolen farm equipment all day without worry.
praying this tractor is found and quickly
stealing a tractor is taking money out of this farmer's mouth
Or not....
