MEDIA GATHER IN WASHINGTON D.C. TO CONGRATULATE THEMSELVES ON 2016 “COVERAGE …”
Whatever happens in America moving forward, 2016 will forever be remembered as the year objective journalism died. Seriously, whether you liked or disliked GOP presidential nominee (now president-elect) Donald Trump – there can be no denying his candidacy for the White House was subjected to harshly one-sided, overtly biased, overwhelmingly negative media coverage.
For months on end …
Oh, and before anyone plays the “Trump got tons of free advertising in the primary” card – don’t forget a lot of that “free advertising” was a well-organized corporate media attempt to destroy his candidacy.
Anyway, many of the mainstream media outlets that were roped in line behind failed Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will gather in Washington, D.C. this week for “A Toast to the Political Press Corps.”
