Missing Person John Owens Located

On 10/2/16 at 2322 hours, missing person, John Owens was located in Roanoke, VA on Interstate 81 in his vehicle out of gas. Owens was transported to Roanoke Memorial Hospital. All alerts issued for Owens have been cancelled.
