Just 5.7 percent of the Clinton Foundation’s massive 2014 budget actually went to charitable grants, according to the tax-exempt organization’s IRS filings. The rest went to salaries and employee benefits, fundraising and “other expenses.”

The Clinton Foundation spent a hair under $91.3 million in 2014, the organization’s IRS filings show. But less than $5.2 million of that went to charitable grants.

That number pales in comparison to the $34.8 million the foundation spent on salaries, compensation and employee benefits.

Another $50.4 million was marked as “other expenses,” while the remaining almost $851K was marked as “professional fundraising expenses.”

The legal amount IRS says has to go to charity is 5% so their just above the minimum, pretty sorry though. This is a political foundation portraying they are a charity and getting away with it.

5%???
THAT is the threshold?
Sounds like some rich people paid the right people off to set up "foundations" and avoid the tax burden.
From the Gates Foundation to the Clinton Foundation, they are all tax dodges designed to continue be able to live the 1% life, but pay taxes like a welfare mother.
I could debate hillary and DESTROY her. I can't wait for Trump to do it. It's like he has an fully armed F-16 while she stands on a hill with a bolt action .22.
It won't even be a contest. Thats why she is not campaigning or appearing in public venues like Trump does EVERY DAY --- she is garnering her physical strength for what she knows will be the toughest appearance of her life.
It ain't gonna help her.

Keep cheering.
