Well we have to! Cops scream don't blame the actions of a few yet isn't that how DUI checkpoints are legal? Speed limits? Gun control? Etc. You see the actions of a few always start laws and reform of sorts. Whether your a good guy or a bad guy! Sometimes it doesn't take a few but only one persons actions to ruin it for all!
