Incident: Possession of Cocaine
Date of Incident: 23 May 2016
Location: 8000 block of Burnt Branch Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Sheena Rochelle Williams, 33, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 23 May 2016 at 1:03 AM a deputy responded to a report of subjects on the property of a residence in the 8000 block of Burnt branch Drive that was supposed to be vacant. Upon arrival, the deputy located four subjects, one of them identified as Sheena Williams. Upon conducting a query on the subjects on the property, the deputy discovered that Williams was wanted on an arrest warrant for Escape 2nd Degree. The warrant was issued back in April 2016 after Williams failed to show at the Detention Center to begin serving a period of incarceration following a conviction in a theft case.
Upon taking Williams into custody on the warrant, it was discovered that Williams had secreted what would be identified as cocaine in her bra.
The deputy transported Williams to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance Williams was detained on a bond of $3,000.00 on the charges stemming from the Cocaine possession and without bond on the Escape 2nd Degree warrant.

Date of Incident: 22 May 2016
Location: 800 block of S. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Male Juvenile, 16, Laurel, DE
Narrative: On 22 May 2016 at 3:09 AM a deputy stopped a vehicle after observed that the operator was having trouble driving the vehicle after observing the vehicle sway and cross the lane divider and at one point crossing the double yellow line. Upon stopping the vehicle, the operator was identified as a 16 year old subject from Laurel, DE. The deputy observed four additional passengers and also detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from within the vehicle. Also observed in the vehicle was what the deputy identified as vomit. Along with the odor, the deputy observed other indicators that intimated a presumption that the operator had been consuming alcohol.
Following the completion of sobriety testing, the deputy placed the 16 year old juvenile under arrest for DUI and violating the alcohol restriction on his license. Upon searching the vehicle the deputy recovered what was identified as marijuana.
The juvenile was released to his mother at the Sheriff’s Office pending formal court action by the Department of Juvenile Services.
Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Violating an Alcohol Restriction and Possession of Marijuana.
