‘World’s Meanest Mom’ Is Selling Her Daughter’s ‘Dream’ Truck on Craigslist

Though it may not give this Minnesota mother any cool points, Amy Adams says she is selling her 15-year-old daughter’s red Dodge truck on Craigslist to teach her a lesson.

In the Craigslist ad, which was posted Tuesday, Adams said she is selling the truck — what she calls “every teenage kid’s dream vehicle” — because her daughter has “decided that her grades don’t matter, that she can disrespect myself and her siblings on a daily basis, and that she has the right to skip school and run away from home.”

Adams, who dubbed herself the “World’s Meanest Mom” in the ad, told KARE-TV, “She was on her ‘one more chance and the truck was getting sold,’ and she blew that ‘one more chance’ on Monday when she decided to skip school.”

Not the world's meanest Mom, If more parents would do this very thing, maybe kids would learn respect.

She's right. Lack of discipline taught by liberals is why the youth of today are so disrespectful.

this is micro-aggression of the worst kind. shame that poor child has to deal with such an overbearing parent. You already make the poor kid live in minnesota. I feel bad for this kid maybe being on her own aint such a bad idea. best to get away form helicopter parents! let her figure out her life without coming down on her!

You go, Mom!

I am sure the kid can sue her mom and win, just like how the courts can order you to pay for college for your kids wither you can afford it or not....

@2:46 and you are a major part of the problem!

Sad that this is news. I personally know local people that have done this. What is the big deal. I would do the same if it needs to be done. Called parenting, people need to put their big truck tires on and take care of business!
