BALTIMORE —Baltimore police said two men and a woman assaulted a contractor unloading his work van Tuesday morning.
According to police, the assault occurred in the 5300 block of St. Albans Way in the Northern District at about 10:30 a.m.
The victim said he noticed three people, one of whom was inside his van. When he confronted them, one of the suspects assaulted him and stole items from the vehicle. The victim observed the suspects getting into a white minivan, followed them and grabbed one of the window frames as they fled.
The victim was dragged about 40 feet, police said.
Both male suspects are described as African American, about 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches, believed to be between late 20s and 40s. Both had short hair, and one had short twists in his hair.

Someone who was hired to help rebuild no doubt.
As a contractor myself I carry. This hasn't happened to me (yet) but when it does.
Every White American should carry a weapon YOU are a target.
Black people have been targets for years. It's only a few that can't act right. But they are getting all the press.
African American. What is that, anyway?
Thugs!
Not the targets of whites, that's for sure.
An immigrant from an African country either with dual citizenship, or one who hasn't yet completed the naturalization process.
After that, they are Americans.
