I’ve always believed in the power of setting goals, both as Mayor and Governor. Some goals we met or exceeded, some we didn’t meet. But that was the point: we knew where we stood, and we held ourselves accountable. Rather than repeating lofty rhetoric, we dug into problems and tracked our progress—allowing every citizen to see how we were, or were not, delivering on our promises.
I don’t think it should be any different for the President of the United States.
The American Dream is still out of reach for too many people. I've created 15 goals that I believe would once again make this dream a reality for millions of Americans.

The infant mortality rate in the US is higher than other first world countries due in large part to high risk pregnancies, poor nutrition and lack of education. And there's no reason for children (or anyone really) to go hungry in this country when around 40% of food is thrown away on a regular basis.
I'm surprised at the push to restore Glass-Steagall (or create something similar) since it was repealed in Bill C's administration.
The other points sound like reasonable goals but I'm not sure how you're going to reduce youth and veteran unemployment without some major jobs programs, although in general I'm supportive of making improvements to our infrastructure. Training people to do that should at least employ the next generation. (Personally I'd rather have money go to teaching people trades and skills than an education that may not equip them for the workplace).
No matter what, it's going to cost us.
Destroy the economy like he did as governor of Maryland.
The stupidity of the American voter is obviously we he is shooting for. All the free stuff! What,s not to like? His contempt for the Law abiding, working, producing citizen is obvious.
I suppose most folks have wised up somewhat, O'Malley is only polling at 1%. He should drop out of the race now and go hide under some rock.
13 & 14 are achievable the rest won't ever happen no matter how much money is spent.

He forgot #16: no more than 10 bullets per gun.
#2 - Renewable electricity costs more money to make. We also have no good way to deliver reliably when you are harvesting the power of mother nature. So what is Owe'malley going to do when it's night and the wind is still? Anyway, higher costs for electric are counterintuitive to #1.
#5 - If we have 11 million more on the path to citizenship (plus all the ones Obama is using his pen and phone for), that will increase job competition and welfare costs. So it's counter intuitive to #1, #3, and #4.
#6 - Free college costs tax money, because they don't educate people for free via the donations of people who have money. So it's counter intuitive to #1.
#10 - If Owe'Malley thinks this is going to happen by restricting guns, as has been his position in the past, he will fail. The most dangerous places in America are the places with the strictest gun laws.
#13 - Warren and McCain just proposed this. He's just stealing their plan that is already in action.
#15 - Just in time for him to win twice. How convenient.

Youth employment, college grads without jobs, and unemployed vets will all be working for $15/hr creating renewable energy. You and I would describe what they're walking on as treadmills but to OweMalley they'll be 'Renewable Energy Personal Generators' used to recharge their phones and PCs as well as light their residences.
Otaxie had years as mayor and then sadly as state governor in which he could have done many of these so-called goals of his, yet he never accomplished anything but the RAISING OF TAXES AND FEES ON THE PEOPLE. As a result, business went bust or left the state, and people fled in record numbers to other states just to survive.
This guy is a loose cannon. He promises the moon, the stars, and anything free he can think of to hook unsuspecting people to vote for him. BEWARE THE TROJAN HORSE. Where do you think he is going to get the money to accomplish his wish list???? The money is going to come from middle America. Business owners that are in the highest tax bracket will be paying through the nose and will ultimately close up their businesses and open up overseas.

I just received an option to go 100% renewable in my Delmarva Power bill and it increased my electric costs by 41%...and this is after the massive subsidies solar and wind received.

O'Malley, you accomplished none of those things as Mayor of Baltimore, or Governor of Maryland. What was it? Sixteen years as leader of our largest city and the state, and you did nothing but raise taxes (lots of them)and restrict our law abiding citizens freedoms even more.
