A Florida police officer is being investigated by internal affairs after video surfaced of his physical altercation with a military veteran over a handicapped-accessible parking space outside a Walgreens store.
Riviera Beach Police Sgt. Garry Wilson is now on paid administrative leave following an incident Sunday involving Isiah James, a wounded U.S. Army combat veteran who served nearly 10 years.
According to James, he and his father stopped at the store, and while paying inside, Officer Wilson walked in.
Wilson told him he wasn’t supposed to park in the handicapped parking spot because he wasn’t handicapped.

I guess the disabled vet broke the law when he parked in a disabled spot... If this vet didn't break the law, the cop wouldn't have to do this to him right? cop overs who suck on the ass cheek of cops? isn't that right?
the cop only broke the law because the vet broke the law by parking in a disabled spot right???? Right???
The cop was wrong because the vet had a disabled sticker. That being said I believe they hand out disabled stickers like candy to a child. Soon a third of the population will have disabled stickers and then the truly disabled won't have anywhere to park.
And then there are those among us who would rather walk whatever the distance and take the pain rather than get a handicap pass and take the parking spot from someone who is unable to walk more than a few steps.
But some people don't think that way.
He did not have to give him his ID or ins.
He did not commit a crime.
What an embarrassment this cop is. Spent all this time dealing with ... nothing. Resolving ..nothing. Shameful
POS cop #2 is not better. Arrogant jerk.
@3:05, uh what? Try putting together a coherent paragraph next time. Start with a sentence and build your way up.
We are all going to find out soon enough that this is all an acted out scene to create discord. Isaiah is actually Samuel L. Jackson and I am surprised he didn't say "say what again "
Where are all the "if you're not doing anything wrong, don't worry" wanna-be Gestapo agents?
A handicapped veteran, who surely earned that disabled status, is harassed and attacked by a fat cop who couldn't run 25 yards without stopping for breath. When he found out he was wrong, did he say "sorry". Hell no.
He did what ALL cops do --- lets see your license. Got insurance? Wants and warrants? Run your tag. ANYTHING I can find that I can use to teach you a lesson about not kneeling and bowing when the cops show up??? Anything at all? Is the car yours? Address correct? Tires got tread? Windshield have a chip? Pocket knife in the glove compartment? Child support warrants?
How about that handicapped sticker? Lets see if its real.
Do you know any criminals? What are you doing in this neighborhood? Buying drugs? Will you take a Breathalyzer??
Where are you going? For what? Got anything in the car we can arrest you for?
Even when you are doing NOTHING WRONG, you can still get harassed. Maybe beaten or killed. Good thing it happened in front of witnesses. Otherwise he would be in jail right now for "hindering", "obstruction of justice", "disturbing the peace", and /or "driving while black".
All he did was get assaulted. Luck was on his side that day.
Of course, the two sets of laws was not in his favor. You or I slap someone's camera out of their hand (and BREAK it) and we are getting handcuffed and taking a trip downtown. TWO SETS OF LAWS.
Keep cheering.
Cop wrong. End of story.
Private property! !! Cop is dead wrong! !!
Good job by the police. Keep up the good work. Be safe.
Become a cop then or leave it to real men. Don't be sacred homie.
Thank you 4:36
